This place is in town, easy walking to restaurants, shopping, etc. We called from the train station and they picked us up with an electric car and took our bags to our rooms ( not that common on our trip). My parents, my baby and I spent two nights in Chesa Valese, and loved it. It is absolutely charming, the ultimate in quaint and cozy. Having visited Zermatt before, we wanted to avoid the large hotels and stay in a small, quaint hotel with the flavor of the mountain village.
