As Swiss we all know staying in an high mountain resort for winter skiing is far more expensive then other seasons, and in order to insure having a sunny weather we took our chance to book 3 nights in Omnia at last minutes (due to the global recession? During high season for this category of hotels in Switzerland, usually need... more

My husband and I stayed here for one part of our honeymoon. It was AMAZING. Originally, it was our second choice because our top choice was booked. It turned out to be our favorite hotel ever! The spa/jacuzzi facilities are amazing. Impeccable cleanliness, awesome selection of HOT HOT Turkish bath, wood sauna, etc. I especially loved the granite touches in... more

This is the best hotel I've ever stayed at, and I LOVE holidaying and luxury hotels. It is a beautiful super modern design hotel yet warm and welcoming too. The staff are fabulously professional, it is virtually right in the centre of Zermatt village - yet it is set high above the village with wonderful views - you reach the... more

Have just returned from a one week stay in zermatt and were lucky enough to have stayed at the Omnia Hotel. The hotel is situated in the middle of town and walking distance to the shops although a little far to walk to the hills you can do it. The hotel picks you up from the train station in one... more

After years of enduring mountain hotels that promise luxury and pop, but deliver only location - and little in the way of any real luster, I can say that The Omnia is one of the few that actually delivers. From the moment you are transported by electric cart into a “Flintstonian” hall of rocks and caves you are indeed feeling... more

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed. ''W'' was beatiful, though a little bit big for a flat in a hotel. I enjoyed everything in this hotel, the location, the swimming pool (indoor-outdoor), the design, the service, the restaurant. Luxury has many names, one is certainly Omnia. The price is what you take, and especially for a romantic... more

Our stay at the Omnia was among the best hotel experiences we have ever had anywhere...any time...any place! The Omnia transport vehicle meets us at the train station and quickly zips us thru town to the Hotel. To our surprise, the vehicle enters a tunnel carved into the rocky hillside...welcome to the Omnia! Up the elevator we go to the... more

We researched hotels in Zermatt over the internet. We lucked out with choosing the Omnia. It was an absolutely beautiful hotel in a premier setting. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly and extremly curtious. The hotel amenities were excellent. This was to be a 2 day stop over on our way to Italy. After 1 night at the Omnia, we changed... more

We stayed for five days in August during a spell of perfect weather. That probably predisposed us to love this hotel, but there was a lot to love. Our room (V -- they use letters instead of numbers) was a suite with a view of the Matterhorn and Zermatt. With a separate sitting room and two bathrooms, V is as... more

Stayed here 3 nights because at least the hotel booking page says a minimum of three nights is required, but I am so glad we did. We booked the room based on the reviews on TripAdvisor and also from a friend. All the great reviews here are not exaggerated. So far, this was the best hotel I have ever stayed... more
