This was a great hotel in the middle of town, walking distance to all the lifts and all the shops and plenty of food and restaurants nearby also walking distance. Very cute hotel - location is about 15 min walk from train station, but worth it for quiet area. Still only 5 min from main street and restrauants, shopping. Beds very comfortable. Good value for price. Staff friendly and helpful, speak good English. Free internet, breakfast. Would stay there again in a heartbeat and definately would recommend to travelers on... more
Of course its hard to find a nice hotel at a reasonable price in Zermatt…but this place was above expectation. Pleasant staff and very accommodating. It is well worth the rate. Breakfast nice and meals more than sufficient more
Hotel rhodania in zermatt is a very cheap place. Rooms are so so (old furniture, short beds, not enough place in the bathroom, just one little armour) but beautiful balconies facing matterhorn.
