The Hotel Sarazena is very well located. For those arriving in Zermatt by train it takes 5 minutes by foot to reach the hotel. The rooms were large and the beds comfortable. The decoration of the bath room is a little bit outdated but apart from that, nothing negative to mention. The staff was very nice and helpful. more

We booked this hotel because it is much cheaper compared to most of other Zermatt hotels. It turned out to be an excellent choice. This hotel is right next to the main station and the one of the three cable stations. Close to everything in the town center. Most importantly, the shuttle bus starting point is right outside the hotel.... more
