This hotel is beutifully positioned on the lake, right on the lakefront promonade. Lakefront rooms have that perfect view. It is a perfect spot to stroll around and enjoy the environs. Having read reviews about this hotel we opted for a superior room facing the lake. The receptionist was initially very welcoming and helpful. From this point things went downhill.
