Positives: Beautiful setting,gorgeous promenade,close to the railway bringing you from airport,hotel provides free public transport pass, cocktail on arrival,30CHF voucher for the spa (cant be used on cheaper treatments),free blockbuster movies in room,extremely comfy beds,very clean,stunning view from breakfast area, day time reception staff very polite as were housekeeping. It was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed. Has already got 5 stars and it's absolutely worth it. Service, food and the rooms are excellent. I recommend it to everyone who are going to Montreux. more

almost everything about this place was great - excellent staff and service, great breakfasts, quiet rooms, clean and tidy. the swimming pool and gym were good and often empty + didn't allow unsupervised children or noisy people in there either. parking underground is provided at an extra cost (around £16 per night currently). only two minor issues - no tea/coffee... more

Fantastic location. Great lake front rooms. We stayed in a very spacious suite. Excellent room service. There is a service station cafe on the main road (leave the hotel and turn right). We stayed here for three nights to attend the last weekend of the Montreux Jazz Festival. Seemed like a good idea to stay here, given how close the hotel is to the main concert venues in Montreux.
