The hotel is located in the heart of Winthertur, at the reception we had a Warm welcome. The room is basic, with older furniture, but everything is there and clan. Breakfast self service, standard, not very attractive.

Arrived late evening, nobody on reception (2nd floor walk-up) so a scruffy individual offered to go down to the bar and find the gentleman for me. Stayed there just for one night. The room was clean. Breakfast was a loveless self-service around the reception. Ham and cheese was under wrapping film. McD came to my mind... Reception was not in service when we wanted to check out as the person in charge had overslept. It all left a strange impression.
