Hotel is clean and people hospitable. Location I was not very excited about..Food quality average. However, Trams were closeby to hop on and hop off. As a heavy luggage traveller, it definitely was challenging walking with the suitcases even to the tram stops ! about 7-8 minutes by tram to Hof Bahnhof !

Don't get me wrong - its good value for money, rooms are functional, there is some infrastructure around: restaurants, bars, shops (food shops for the later than usual sale), central to public transport, ... so you can't do that much wrong.
