Most of the reviews here seem to concentrate on the fact that this hotel is conveniently located. But for what exactly? Yes, there are several tram stops just outside, and the train station is just across the river. But Zurich is compact anyway, and I'd gladly stay somewhere else, which is more pleasant. excellent location just 10 steps fro the tram stops, although the rooms r very small they r very well done up. staff though not very friendly but is professional .excellent ambience in the hotel with a pianist performing in evenings.one tip for whoever stays here if u need to go to the airport with luggage then use tram number 10... more
