This is a lovely hotel to stay in. It is within walking distance of the station and shopping is on the doorstep. The rooms are very comfortable with large luxurious bathrooms. Service is friendly and efficient and the Hummer Bar is an experience not to be missed. We have stayed before and look forward to hopefully staying in the future. more

This hotel has great location, but facility is old and badly kept, elevators do not work, staff is not attentive, Internet is overpriced (SFR30/per day), cleaning service & housekeeping are poor, no night porter, etc. Does not deliver value for money (SFR340/per night). You can have better hotel in Zurich for less money. more

Although in general terms I was happy, I have to say there is lack of facilities for reduced mobility access, which is something non-acceptable nowadays and less for a high standard hotel (that is why I have rated the hotel as average and not as excellent). It was really convenient and favorably located hotel, very close to the railway station, particularly for sightseeing and shopping. We found it a hotel of very long standing, so we could feel fine history. The bathroom was spacious, but we felt more comfortable if the bathtub was wider. more
