I had nice 3 days in this hotel. it is in the tram station a 15 min from the city centre, but the room was very small (Not Mercure Standards) but anyhow the room was well equipped and furnished. I will recommend the room for solo traveler but not for couples.

Despite a few less than ergonomic geometric aspects of the building, (at least from a hotel manager's point of view in trying for maximum yield per unit area of floor space), the accommodation proved very acceptable to my friend and I . The recent refurbishment very obviously has helped. I would stay there again, and recommend to others.

i was tired and angry as a taxi to the hotel cost me 30chf as i could have taken a No 3 tram from the HBF(station) for 4.50chf as it was only a 5 min walk. but on checking in the staff (who all spoke excellent english) were very very helpful, my room was luxurious(111.oochf) more than i was expecting.... One of the nicest Accor properties I've had the pleasure to stay in. Modern spotlessly clean rooms and a free minibar. Fast free wi-fi with no connection problems.
