I stayed here on a short break last week. The hotel is in a great location for travel by tram or train into central Zurich. The room was lovely and we had a nice outlook to the front of the hotel. The pricing was really reasonable for Switzerland with the current exchange rate. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.... more

The staff were friendly and helpful. They remembered us so we never had to ask for our room key. If we asked for something there was no need to ask again - the staff had foresight and made our entire stay very enjoyable. It was in an extremely accessible area with food, shops, restaurants. A Tramline right outside to take... more

I certainly wouldn't rate this as a four star hotel, two or three maybe, but it was good value in an expensive city. Room was fine, clean and a bit noisy with all the police sirens but suspect that would be the same anywhere. Although you are not downtown it is an easy #3 tram ride to the center of... more

We had reservations at a nearby hotel, but a third party vendor had overbooked the hotel. We were moved here were upgraded to a better room. Reasonably priced room in a very expensive city. more

Travellers this Hotel is OK if you get the topfloor rooms (i paid 10chf extra for that) - other rooms are small and noisy (if to the street side); top floor rooms are called Business Rooms, not sure whats the difference, they are also comparably small to international standards, but hey, this is the best deal. to the station you... more

Stayed for an entire week and though the rooms we small and outdated, noisy and the staff not very friendly (felt that I was bothering the staff when asking a quesitons/ advice)! On top of it, internet was expensive in the rooms!!! Ended up booking the Crowne Plaza accross the street for the following week (slightly more expensive but worth... more

Very friendly. Good food. Great location. Bit on the expensive side. Especially if you have a dog. 18 Euros just for the dog for a night is a tad on the pricey side buy heck, when you are looking for somewhere at 8pm and they have parking (albeit for a fee) at the door, it was worth it. Lovely room.... more

We stayed here on Christmas Eve. Apparently this is not a busy time so we got bumped up to the junior business suite. The room was great. Plenty of room to move. Unfortunately there were not shops or restaurants open (except a small kebab style 'restaurant' across the road). Zurich in general was expensive and definitely was not a highlight... more

I stayed here for 2 nights recently on business. It was not my choice but for some reason the whole city seemed to be fully booked up. I arrived and checked in which was smooth and efficient, if a little cold and emotionless. I had to book a Superior room which was Ch275 per night without breakfast. The room was... more
