This hotel is in good location in downtown; very close to tram station and just 10 minutes walk from Zurich train central station. Rooms aren't very big, but are clean and confortable. Breakfast is ok, and crew's are very kind.

I have to say I was a bit sniffy about this hotel. Great choice in the center of Old Town sites and within 15 minutes of Bus Station (easy walk) to meet tour buses. Definitely would stay there again. Great breakfast in Restaurant. Staff always helpful (available in restaurant if not at front desk). Great choice.

Excellent location reached by either train or shuttle from airport. Had a room on the top floor which had a view of the river, was a good size and clean. Stayed for four nights, loved the breakfast, the shower was heavenly and the staff were very helpful and courteous.
