Well known hotel. Location was close to trams which would go into central. Very clean. Service desk good as they understood English to an extent. All rooms are no smoking. Breakfast is very good. As ive stayed in the Plaza before expected a big room but room was tiny with slide glass door for bathroom (not too impressive). Overall excellent.

This is one of the nicer Crowne Plazas I've stayed in. My only comments would be that a) the bathroom door is a glass slider, which means privacy is limited in this area and b) you really do need to use a tram to get almost anywhere. Otherwise a great choice. Staff was excellent and we enjoyed our stay.
