We (two couples) booked this hotel on Priceline, bid $81/night and won this 4-star Marriott property. First the bad . . . no bad really, it's less than 10 min. to airport and a 25-min. tram 11 ride away from Zurich. There is nothing much around the hotel and certainly nothing for tourists. The good . . . beautiful hotel!... more

This hotel is overpriced, but OK. The lobby looks nice and the staff is friendly. The room is standard, nothing special at all. It's nice with the indoor pool and spa area, but there also is a few bad things. This hotel no more has free shuttle bus to and from the airport, and the internet charge is 0.60 CHF... more

A beautifully furnished hotel near the airport, not so far away from the city centre too with the convenience of frequent public transportation. more

A nice clean Marriott hotel. A good fitness centre, swimming pool and Jaccuzi though attendants in fitness centre are few and far in between. About 23 minutes by tram to ther centre of Zurich. Airport is a good place to start fo4 Winterthur journeys and has direct trains to many places. Easy to take the tram line 10 from Zurich... more

I stayed one night at the Renaissance Zurich. My flight arrived early in the morning which was too early to check in. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and let us use the spa/fitness center facilities to freshen up and then stored our bags so we could explore Zurich for the day. They were also very helpful... more

Hubby and I booked a one night stay at this hotel on a great priceline NYOP rate. the hotel is very modern and chic inside and we enjoyed our stay very much. Easy access to the tram to get to/from the airport or downtown Zurich. Unfortunately for us, at the Zurich airport my passport, all identification, credit cards, cell phone,... more

this was part of trafalgar's best of switzerland - this is a modern hotel with restaurants and internet access - the breakfast was good - it is away from the city center which would have been nice - it is close to the airport - i would have preferred a hotel in the cnter of town but tour groups do... more

Avoid it at all costs!1)bad quality of breakfast, ugly breakfast room-no windows and the food was 2 days old. 2)no free internet, very expensive to connect even for 30 min. 3)very expensive parking,32 francs per day!!!too much even for zurich! 4)old fashioned decoration and the fish tank at the reception smells bad. 5)and the most important!!!!!!even if you have prepaid the... more

Pros: -Very Nice lobby -Decent restaurants -Rooms have a nice size, with comfortable beds -Competent staff (moderately friendly. Personally I prefer quick/ efficient/ not friendly, than friendly but incapable staff) Cons: -location is terrible. Nothing to do, no view whatsoever -Not even near the airport (10 min drive) -expensive internet more
