Stayed a few times in this hotel. If you want to spend some time in Sihlcity, the location is perfect. If you was to be downtown Zurich, pick another place. The staff was friendly and efficient. Ok, this hotel isn't in the city center but it's so convenient, so please don't be put off by this. Tram 5 and 13 runs outside the hotel into the city centre. It costs CHF 4, and takes 8minutes.
