Nice modern hotel located in a quiet location on the edge of the main commercial area of the airport.

Room was clean & modern although not exactly luxurious. Bar downstairs but no restaurant. There are two restaurants at the airport but note that they close quite early in the evening.

The superb Aviodrome aviation museum is a few minutes walk away and the town of Lelystad is about 10 mins away on the bus. (2 per hour/1 per hour at weekends). There is a small car park on site for those driving. Other than the airfield and museum, the hotel is quite remote. Ideal for those flying from the airport or doing business there though.

Area is very quiet at night although with lots of marshland around, the natural sound of frogs singing is noisy but pleasant. The marshland does bring quite a few flies into the public areas but the hotel have set up fly killing machines to take care of the problem.
