We were 2 nights in Echoput during Hotel Week.
Wonderful location.
Unfortunately the restaurant was closed, only the Bistro was open. The first evening service was below average, a young trainee had to manage everything on his own. The second evening service was better. Food was okay but not more, wine very expensive. Other staff was friendly but not warm...
