Basic clean rooms, a little bit outdated but reasonably priced. Good location near highway and the city of Groningen. I choose this location instead of booking an hotel in the centre of Groningen because I wanted somthing quiet. Which it was.

Good hotel all round, located near freeway. We were upgraded to a much bigger room after complaining about the room size. Breakfast was very good, staff courteous and all that at a very good price.

We paid 86 euro 's (2 Night Getaway offer) for two nights including breakfast. The rooms are quite small but complete ( bed, chair, table and tv) and clean. I stay here regularly for business, rooms are simple and not air conditioned, they use still blankets and sheets in stead of feather beds. Maintenance seems o.k., but the hotel is a bit outdated. Basic hotel with decent rooms. Taxi to Groningen sets you back about 20 euros (train from nearby Haren is cheaper). The delightuful thing with the hotel was the staff. Extremely helpful and patient. Well worth a stay just for the service.
