We wanted to stay at this hotel for business trip. On arrival the clerk was rather unfriendly and rude. But finally I got my room.
The hotel is only 100 meters from a motorway with really heavy traffic! Nevertheless I thought the windows would be insulated and in good condition. But when I took a closer look at the window and the curtains I saw dozens of ugly bugs and other insects! I look at the wall and even there were those disgusting little animals.
I called the reception and the told me I can get another room. But I have to come downstairs. I was upset and finally called the manager who apologized and gave me a free upgrade to the suite. When I came there I saw again the tiny inhabitants! I called the manager again and he admitted that the bugs come through the air condition. A talked to my colleague and she also had those insects in her room.
Finally we had enough and moved to another hotel.

So be aware of bugs especially in spring and summer time at this... more
