I have stayed at this hotel multiple times during business, and the hotel could be better with few improvements.
Dry cleaning pratical does not exist. I was told a suit would be cleaned in a 3 days period ?!!..I must say that business travellers, would approve if this improved significantly.
The bar opens at 8 pm until 1 am ?!!...way too late, as a drink after work normally is highly needed.
Breakfast for around 12 Euro is a rip off.
Holland is not famous for their cooking skills, so food must be rated as ok.

On the possitive side its worth to mention the Gym, which is absolutely great and in top standard.
The staff is friendly, however speed of service is set to cruise mode.
The rooms is clean and nice, but this counts for deluxe rooms. Worth to spend an extra 10 Euros to get this. more
