stayed 1 night. hotel is rather dated, service was pleasant. The room reminded me of your average comfort inn room. Would not pay too much to stay here. Biggest drawback was they wanted to charge you 25 euros for 24 hours to park at the hotel when across the street is public garage they only charge 14 euros.. more

Eindhoven does not have much to offer the tourist- however if you are there on business this is a very comfortable and friendly place to stay. the staff are friendly, speak excellent English and professional in their attitude and treatment of their guests. When reviewing a hotel, I usually agree with other articles on Trip Advisor... but not on this occasion. This hotel is excellent and perfect for the business traveller. There's really no reason to go to Eindhoven except business -- so expect to spend time in your hotel after work. There are definitely far worse hotels in town, and in that sense, the Sofitel doesn't fail outright. In terms of creature comforts, though, this place is lacking badly.
