Nowhere near what we normally expect from a 4 star. Service is usual Dutch style therefore be in no hurry to check in or out. We checked in and unpacked into a reasonable room with no aircon but were quickly given another slightly smaller room close by. Only stayed here because we got a very good deal from lastminute.com £10 per night but despite the hotel being new and very comfortable it was a bit too far from the city centre.
