We booked our trip to the Westcord Fashion Hotel like may others through Lastminute's top secret hotels. Yes there are teething problems but on the whole we loved the hotel and it made for a really relaxing break. The rooms are really comfortable- the beds are particularly huge and comfortable. We stayed at this hotel on our 12th visit to Amsterdam...we love this city! We always hire bikes when we visit so the fact that the hotel is quite a bit outside the main centre didn't bother us, in fact we liked being in a less touristy area.
