We stayed in this hotel in May. The hotel and location were great ( close to everyting) and lovely. The room was cleaned daily. Staffs were very very kind and helpful. We would recommend this hotel. Don't be put off by the negative reviews !! more

This was an absolute nightmare of a stay. The staff was mostly rude (with the exception of one staff member who was apologetic and kind). I just stayed there for a couple of nights. The room was tiny, I could touch both sides of the wall with outstretched arms. But it was clean and had a private shower and toilet, and also a small window. It's in a great location, you can walk everywhere from there. I think it was fine for a few nights.... more

I stayed at this hotel with 2 others. The room was small, grubby, and expensive. I was double-charged and it took me 4 months to get my money back off them, during which time they denied owing me any money, and tried every trick in the book to avoid refunding me. Do not stay at this hotel. more

From arrival- we spent a day trying to find alternative accomodation- to our despair without success - and so tried to get flights home- it is that bad. stayed for three nights with friends.  Wonderful location, but that is really all I can say that is positive.  Vastly overpriced.   Rooms needed a good clean and new curtains and furniture.   washing/shower and toilet facilities inadequate.
