Great location, 10 minute walk from Central Station. Tram stop a couple of minutes from the door. Easy to walk quickly to all parts of central Amsterdam. Good service from reception in terms of providing directions and assistance, luggage storage etc. Room itself was pokey and an odd shape (although it was the cheapest end room) that seemed very claustrophobic.... Very nice hotel in a good location, staff on arrival were friendly and helpful. Plenty of bars and resturants close by. Even got a lovely bottle of bubbly in our room as it was our honeymoon. No issues with this hotel at all, yes the bathroom has glass walls but it is tastefully done and for couples should cause no... More

We are currently staying here, this being our third stay in Amsterdam over the last decade. The design of buildings in Amsterdam dictate the room sizes and surely we travel to see the world, not to compare room sizes! Our room on the fourth floor is adequate in size, clean, warm and comfortable. The bed is soft, but comfortable. All... More

Well designed, but very, very, very small. Everything is designed to make the place look bigger, but it just isn't! 'Entry way' has solid carpet on floor and one wall, bedroom has striped carpet on floor, bedbase and one wall. Desk has glass top and clear/see thru lucite-type chair Bathroom sink is glass and wall hung. Glassed partition (partially frosted)... More

Our room was very small and not comfortable. It was because they put the two single bed become queen bed. Breakfast was awesome, lot of variation & fresh. The restaurant was very cozy & we enjoyed our breakfast. Wifi all around hotel area. The hotel located near city center

Very disappointed, the hotel is rated very highly on trip advisor and the one thing you can say is that the location is very central. The rooms (we had a deluxe - which I think is code for standard) are very basic, very soft mattresses that tend to slide off the bed base, no bedside tables to put your book... More

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights 27th and 28th May 2013 and I must say that for the price you pay you get very little in return. The room was very small, the beds were small and very uncomfortable and one of the beds was broken. The shower tray leaked and the carpet in the room was badly... More

Stayed for 2 nights May 26th and 27th 2013. Very warm and friendly welcome from reception with maps of City and information given out. Had a de luxe room on 5th floor for 3 people.Bedrooms are good but the glass partition to the bathroom is very unusual, to say the least. Can be rather embarrassing as well, as we shared... More

I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and felt that it suited my requirements perfectly. It was central (Amsterdam Centraal is just walking distance away and there is a tram stop right in front of the hotel), it was clean, and the reception staff were really helpful. A few drawbacks are that the room size is only barely adequate,... More
