We qualified for an upgrade and had a room facing the Canal on the second floor. Rooms not big but perfectly adequate. Very comfortable bed. Very good complimentary coffee and hot chocolate from a machine in the foyer which was most welcome as it was very cold in Amsterdam when we were there and all the canals had frozen over.... More

We stayed 4 nights courtyard facing room. The room size was large with great layout in room and bathroom. Would love to stay here again. More
