I can only report on the room I had. Small is the word... no room to walk at end of bed! Curtains didn't block out lights and street outside was noisy. Wardrobe light was stuck on. Sink cracked... five star? Well not here. 20 euros for internet access.

The hotel's location is almost perfect, rooms are clean and comfortable, check-in process went smooth, club lounge is very comfortable (but lacks electric sockets). The location of the hotel is great. Next to the central station and next to one of the channels. It is also up to date. stayed for 2 nights. the hotel is perfectly located at the heart of the city. 10 min. walk from the central station. 2 min walk from a tram station and a short walk from the "red lights district". many resturants and shops nearby. rooms are nice and clean. breakfast is very good. very freindly staff.

The hotel is in a historic building that has been updated. It's within a 20 minutes walk of all major attractions. My favorite part was the beds. They are delightful! We arrived early (11:00am) check in is not until 3:00pm. The young man at the desk checked and our room was ready (or at least a room was ready). So we were allowed to check in. The bellman was very helpful. He brought our bags to the room, he also had a handful of brochures on local events and attractions... More

Just spent 3 nights here. the location was great. it is near central station so everywhere is accessible within minutes. Walking distance to shopping, Dam square, and some good restaurants. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Would stay here again.
