The hotel staff were very friendly and always willing to help. The location is ideal for most tourist attractions ... only a few minutes walk from the Van Gogh Museum and the newly opened Rijks Museum. Didn't try any of the hotel's food but all other aspects of their hospitality were excellent !

We stayed there recently and had a double room. Room was quite small and bathroom was only separated from your bed by a curtain. Shower stalls leaked water all over the room. Reported to the hotel guest service, but never had anyone came over fixing it. It seems to be a chronic problem judging by the stain on the floor.... More
