Highly recommend. From arrival with Porters, to reception, to housemaids all so courteous and rooms, bedding and pillows most comfortable. Situated between railway station and The Dam Mall, easy walking distance to both with tram stop almost at the door. more

If you book through Expedia you get a good deal that is greatly discounted on their advertised rack rate. Spent a night here. Hotel is very pleasant. Good location, clean rooms, reasonable bathroom and friendly staff. The breakfast is over priced and there are plenty of cafes nearby. My room was quiet, clean and comfortable. If here as a tourist you are well located for everything. more

My wife and I have previously stayed at this hotel when it was 5-star and part of the Sofitel brand. I have to say that other than change of name, the standards were just as high.
