Stepping off the plane at Schipol and catching a bus to Museumplein within moments makes this a very easy hotel to reach. Local buses are way cheaper than the airport shuttle bus which collect passengers from various hotels in Amsterdam. We have stayed at this hotel twice now and since trip in 2008 it has been updated. The staff are marvellous especially Lizanne the receptionist. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff and they were so helpful. Only gripe was breakfast could have been slightly better with more variety more

The manager is more knowledgeable about attractions and train schedules and trip details than the Holland tourist desks or the train information people.
