Had a wonderful experience. The Concierge was phenomenal and had great alternative suggestions when we found out the tulip tour had just ended. The bartender was very accomodating and fun. Friendly staff', bright and cheerful foyer,bedroom/ toilet small but adequate.Stayed in front room overlooking canal which was cleaned and bed made every morning.
