We booked the cordial as it offered bed and breakfast and a private bathroom which the other cheaper hotels we looked at didn't offer. Bathroom is small and over toilet but shower is lovely and hot, excellent pressure too! Very good central location, reason we picked it! This is possibly the worse hotel I have ever stayed in. No one bothered to tell us about the roadworks going on all day and the motor bikes at night. Stained bedding, dirty room, blocked drains, no wifi in rooms, expensive for a hole! Noisey, hot rooms, but does have a lift, can't comment on breakfast as chose not to venture there after looking at the cleanliness of the rooms.

The hotel is idealy placed in the centre of amsterdam, not far from central station.the room was quite small but so are most hotels i've stayed in amsterdam.
