I stayed here for a conference in June 2009. I got a discount by prebooking on hotels.nl. Very good price for central Amsterdam. The room was a decent size, comfortable bed, clean en-suite shower and toilet, a mini-bar and air conditioning which came in handy as it was the middle of summer! A breakfast buffet is included in the price... more

We were thrown out in the morning for wanting to wait for our taxi outside rather than inside!!! The guy was a total nutter. My three year old was terrified. He told us to "go back to our own country". Needless to say we won't be staying there again. The church bells went off every hour and were loud. We... more

We were moved into this hotel from Sander hotel as they apparently had broken toilets!! The Omega is an awful place, I shared a room with my friend. We stayed in attic room that you couldnt swing a cat in. The bed covers were disgusting - very stained. Breakfast was awful and on our last day there having booked a... more

Having wanted a relaxing weekend away I was looking for a cheap, clean and a hotel instead of a hostel. The Omega hotel has a perfect balance. It's situated in a quiet residential area but there is a tram stop at the end of the road that goes past the city centre and straight to the railway station (No. 2... more

The hotel itself was as expected, no frills, clean and simple. Staff however badly let it down. We would of returned for a good cheap holiday had we not been ignored and sworn at by staff! as a whole, bar one, the staff were incredible rude unnecessarily. Hopefully the hotel will change their staff and make it into a better... more

Hi, We stayed at hotel this month,. That was very dissapointed hotel. The room is very small. The location is far from the center. The staff never smiles. When we enter hotel, the reception men, met us without smile. He let us understand that he really doesnt have any mood to answer our questions. When my wife stuck with the... more

myself and my partner stayed here last weekend, we were placed in a room with twin beds after booking a room with a double so we asked to be moved. The owner "mr personality" grunted at us and told us to go downstairs for the key. We entered the room to find it was half the size of the first... more

From the minute I checked in I was greeted very warmly by a very handsome gentleman named Luce. He even upgraded my room at no charge! The room was warm and cozy and decorated very nicely. The room and bathroom were clean with extra toliet paper and a heating towel rack with plenty of towels! The breakfast was a full... more
