Lovely hotel, on one of best locations in Amsterdam. Food is Michelin star worthy. Only one funny thing.. (Although general for Amsterdam, not only L'Europe). If I order coffee, and get some filtered concoction, please don't serve 'coffee milk' with it (thick condensed type). Just plain milk, how hard is that?

Haven't had a meal like this for a long time. Michelin star restaurant that will wow your palate. Each course of our dinner was an assault of our taste buds. Delicate, sophisticated and delicious. Great staff.

This is definately the best Hotel in Amsterdam. The location is perfect, the staff excellent the room fantastic, great bed , great shower. The food is excellent. Went to the Bourdeux restaurant in the Hotel, have never eaten better and I have been to many Michelin Restaurants all over the world. Definately stay here, you will love it.
