This is a great, small, local hotel in easy walking distance from the central rail station! Free wireless internet in room. Canal view was available for only a few $ more than the lowest rate. Very nice breakfast included. The staff was quite helpful and very accommodating and friendly. We would definitely return, whenever in Amsterdam. more

The services were great. The Staff is attentive and extremely helpful answered any questions, provided directions, suggestions for dining and helped when there was a small problem on the computer. Stayed 4 nights. Room not large, but typical of a capital city 3 star hotel. Great location, very central, on SIngel canal, a few minutes walk from Central Station. Many restaurants nearby and the hotel is near all public transportation. Staff exceptionally helpful and friendly. Only issue was Internet access was very weak and crashed a lot. more

we booked this hotel through expedia.when we arrived we were asked to pay a local city tax . this was unexpected and seemed to be a bad start as we were led to believe we had fully paid all taxes in advance with expedia. the staff were very polite and helpful and kept their patience whilst we had a rant!!... more

Great location - especially as its a short walk from Central Station. I checked in late, found the room to be clean (except for the TV remote control which was dirty - as are most TV remote controls in cheap or expensive hotels!) and the room was spacious.
