The rooms are clean, but worn down with holes in the carpet, grafitti on the furniture and a horrible, horrible smell of cannabis that surely stems from the fact that you are allowed to smoke in the rooms! Me and three friends came for Holland v Scotland and were basically looking for somewhere to sleep, nothing more. If you want a five star hotel with room service etc, you wont find it in amsterdam for €25 a night. If you want a hotel without a steep staircase, you wont find it amsterdam, so stop complaining!
