We have just returned from a 4 night stay in this excellent hotel. Garden room 5 is lovely and quiet and as described on the hotel's website. Very convenient location, with many attractions, shops and restaurants within walking distance. Enjoyed great breakfast delivered to room. Proprietors were very pleasant and helpful. In the city of diamonds we can thoroughly recommend... More

This small hotel is an excellent choice if you are reasonably fit and like to walk. Car parking space is limited and uncomfortably close to the canals. The Rijks Museum can be reached by foot in less than 20 minutes and the Concertgebouw is a few strides further across a park (tip: remember that the canals and streets radiate out... More

Perfect location, room was traditionally furnished with wood panelling and large windows and perfect view of canal and street. One block from tram. Welcoming hospitality. Great breakfast served in room. Worth price. Quiet coffee shop 3 short doors away. Walk up the narrow stairs very healthy.

The hotel was amazing and I would actually recommend it if on the last day I hadn't forgot my wash inside a cloth bag (which I really liked as it was a recent gift from Paris). When I went back to search for it, the cleaner claimed she couldnt ''remember'' if she had seen it. I assumed it must have... More

This was the perfect location for our first Amsterdam encounter. We found it to be quiet, comfortable and beautifully furnished with antiques. The views of the canals are delightful. This central location made it very easy for us to explore on foot. Nearby there are many choices for dining, cafes, bars, and coffee houses. The tram to the central train... More

A marvelous address when you want to visit Amsterdam and don't feel like using your car all the time, as the hotel is situated very reasonably close to the center. Rooms are gorgeous, just be a little careful with the stairs accessinf to them as they are pretty steep; apart from that, absolutely NOTHING to reproach to this hotel and... More

Our first trip to Amsterdam, and we found this hotel via newspaper and Lonely Planet recommendations. We were delighted with it. It is a short tram trip from the centre of the city, with excellent food options nearby, in a lovely area, and in the room we had (Canal Suite C), with great views of the Reguliersgraccht (canal) and bridges... I lived in Holland 22 years ago and wanted to bring my daughters back to see Amsterdam. My wife told me to stay in heart of the city. I liked that we walked to most places including to Amsterdam Central. We booked the best room. I can't remember the room number but it was amazing. It had a two-story ceiling... More

We spent 3 nights in this beautiful small hotel in late January, and fell in love with it. The hotel is very central and overlooks one of the canals, an ideal location, close to Rembrandtsplein, for getting around central Amsterdam. The rooms are immaculately furnished with period furniture, each different and with its own individual charm. Our room 9 was... More

We stayed for 4 nights at the seven bridges hotel in February 2013. The gorgeous rooms and quiet neighbourhood was absolutely perfect for a romantic escapade. Less than 10min walkings from the center of Amsterdam. The breakfast are a tad expensive but just next to it they are plenty of restaurants and coffee shops. Although, on the last day they... More
