Filthy hotel, miserable useless unhelpful staff, only good thing was location. Stairs very steep and dangerous, dirty washing left everywhere, the whole place stank. Would only stay there again if I was going with somebody I didnt like.

Property is correct location.all amenities are very close steerable distance.but room 103 was not good condition. Because there's update three things. 1. When we are check in room and bed smelling cigarets smoke. 2. Toilet bath/ shower room bad smel. 3.this room has a mice I informed one of room serviceman. Vital has to improved on the breakfast.

This hotel is well situated for travellers that need very basic accommodation in the centre of Amsterdam. On the Damrak which is the main large road, it is near Centraal station. Rooms are very basic with no heating and too few blankets, but clean!!

As a budget hotel, it had everything! Brilliant location, 5 minutes from the central station, and only a few minutes to the main bars/clubs. Me and partner stayed on top floor, stairs are a nightmare, rooms are ok, staff are helpful but probably wouldn't stay again for price, good location right on strip, would be ok for group of lads, breakfast not up to much, toast and cereal.
