I was generally really impressed with the hotel. The staff were friendly and even offered us a free tour of Amsterdam :) My only issue was the fact that the windows weren't double glazed so I could hear all the noises coming from the street. More

The Hotel is terrible, period. Stay away from it. We were there at christmas 2010. The moment we arrived the toilet was clogged in feces, with a nasty odour and very unhelpfull staff.
