Tiny. Bathroom 1x1.5 m. Steep stairs. Have to be buzzed in every time one wants to enter the hotel. Not very nice personnel. VERY noisy. No air condition or a fan. Very hot, hard to sleep. On the plus side: fairly clean. More

Very Basic hotel but good location for the centre except for the largest NIGHTCLUB in Amsterdam behind it. Reception better than room. Attic room you are going up a ladder to get in too. My wife wrote to make a reservation. They never replied with a confirmation even after 3 follow-up emails. We decided to cancel, and requested a reply which they never answered. Stayed in the room without a window. There is a bar next to it, they played loud music all night. We couldn't sleep for four nights. The hotel staff was rude and they just wanted the money ans didn't care about us not being able to sleep. Don't stay in this hotel. Save yourself a headache. More

The hotel is absolutely terrible. I gave them my credit card info to hold the reservation and then we paid in cash upon arrival. After we left the hotel charged my credit card 300 Euros for damage to the room-complete fraud! The whole room was damaged. DO NOT STAY HERE they will try to scam you. More
