Cleanliness of rooms is not the best. At our arrive we found the sheets dirty (several stain like a squirt...) but they provide quickly to change it whit a little shame. The description of the hotel is FAR from the reality. We paid extra to have a canal view (which we had), but the room was tired and smelt of stale smoke, which was probably impregnated in the ageing grubby carpet and the filthy yellowing lace curtains.
