breakfast stops at 9am to early to be up and ready by on holiday. was refused a tea and coffee when up at 9:20am. can hear water or a leak somewhere above the room we stayed in (room 2) we was woken at 8:30am by 2 men on the scafolding outside our window.

The room was the smalles I ever have stayed in----around 6 sqare meters--- the breakfest was extremely bad and no light in the bathroom. The location was excellent, only it was impossible to sleep continously due to chuch bells ringing every hour---day and and night.

Great location, value for money. Staff is friendly. Rooms are average and was not having attached washroom. Had to use common washrooms however it was pretty clean. Overall its located in the centre of the city so one can go for it if group of more than 4 is there.

This hotel suited our needs as a group of 8 the 4 bed rooms were perfect to keep cost down. hotel is in a central location and easy to find just behind dam square , the rooms are basic but for the price we paid we were happy.

you get what you pay for in this hotel , its in a great location just a 10 min walk to dam square and central station . hotel was basic but it was better than we were expecting , clean warm room nice shower room toliet was not in the room but was right oppistie our door so was fine... More

Hotel was not very clean! They double booked our room so we ended up in a small room with a double bed as well as another single in it.. Washroom was scungy and had no toilet.. Just shower/sink. Shared toilet on floor. Good location! Close to Anne frank house, canal tours, red light district etc. wouldn't stay here again.
