We have booked this Hotel for one night stay. We've chosen a double room. The overall quality of the Hotel is acceptable. It is located a bit far from city center, so not good if you like to spend most of your time there. There are some regular buses, from Leidsplein to Armstrong street, for 2 euros/trip every half an hour... More

We really enjoyed staying at this artsy hotel:) Really loved the interior, bright, interesting & fun! The staff were very pleasant, professional & very chic in their black/red uniforms. The bedroom was very nice, well designed & the bed was so comfy, Zzzzzzzzzz! I didn't want to get out of it! The little mini bar was empty, smart move as... More

Do not book this hotel if you want to be close to all the city amenities. It is close to the airport and in the middle of a commercial and residential sector which is very quiet and has no facilities near by. The bus stop is at the rear of the hotel and takes you onto the outskirts of the... More

A few things we liked about this hotel - It had reliable internet, bike rental, good coffee, large room and large double bed (very comfortable), there was a fridge in the room (small but enough for cold beers ;-) And here come all the bad things about it: - Very far away from the city center AND in the middle... The hotel was beautiful on the outside, inside, and in the room which means the most. It slept 4 and we fit 5 comfortably and 2 of the 5 guys were heavy set but it wasn't a problem. We were college kids staying here because it was one of the nicer reliable hotels I found and traveling from America. I've... More

I stayed at the Dutch Design Hotel for 2 nights, and would unlikely do so again. Location was perfect, as I was here for business, but nothing else to do around. The staff beforehand was super helpful with questions asked (via emails). That said, the cleanness of the room was VERY poor, found old bread, fruits etc in the cupboards.... More

we staied 3 nights at the hotel. We wanted to stay in a central location, but I found a great deal and decided to go with it. Hotel stay was great. The hotel is a 10 minute walk to the tram stop (line 2). The tram passes the important places of the city. Nice hotel, very quiet place, courteous service... More

My brother and I spent four days at this hotel. We wanted to go with a more central location, but I found a great deal for this one through ebookers.com, and we decided to go with it. After spending four days in Amsterdam, we think we made the best choice. We wouldn't see the outskirts of Amsterdam if we stayed... More

My friend and I stayed at the Artemis in Amsterdam for 4 nights and 3 days for his 19th, and it was awesome! First of all the hotel was outstanding, rooms were super comfortable and bathroom was very well equipped (could have used a lock on the bathroom door but other than that). Beds were very comfortable and staff were... More

Nice hotel, comfortable rooms, good breakfast. The staff are friendly and speak impeccable English. When I was there it seemed full of Japanese tourists doing Europe in one hit, so a good overnight hotel stop.
