This place is absolutely awful! Definatly would not reccomend to anyone I know! The stairwell stinks. We had to hold our breath from the bottom to the top floor! Bad times! When we got there they had mucked up our booking- we booked a room for 6 and were given a room for 4 with no discount for their cock... more

The staff here are rude, lazy and totally disinterested in helping you. My room was overbooked, meaning that when I got back in the middle of the night every bed was taken. With reception closed I had to sleep on the floor. The staff were totally disinterested and refused to refund any money. Never stay here. more

Do not ever stay here, its rubbish. Rooms are dirty and very small. There is no security in the room, no lockers. Bed sheets were dirty and ripped. We spent 4 nights at Hotel Granada over the Easter break. The first thing you notice on entering is the foul smell coming from somewhere around the stairwell, it gets a bit better as you go up the stairs but still lingers in the rest of the hotel - not sure what it was, possibly from the restaurant next door.... more
