I was in this hotel for 5 days in a double room.
The room was very small and very annoying.
The location was good and very close to the tram.
The staff was kind and the breakfast was good.
So the bad point is about the room, but for sure I will come back.

Overall the hotel is acceptable but I hope that they can improve the housekeeping and breakfast table. The housekeeping did change the towels and make beds daily. However I do not understand why they did not change the floor towel. For four nights stay, it was not change at all. I agrees with other comments on this website, after the...

We were seeking a place to stay while visiting Amsterdam but we did not want to spend a great deal just to sleep. The price brought us to this hotel but we would recommend it to others. It was convenient to buses and the breakfast included meant that we could start our day without having to find a place to...

The price which included breakfast and wifi was for Amsterdam outstanding. I would stay stay here again. Only down side was that it wasn't in the centre, but the cost of a tram / metro is nothing compared to the savings by staying here.

I picked this hotel based on ease of access to Centraal Station and the RAI Europaplein. It's a 1 minute walk from the #4 tram which goes from Centraal to Europaplein. I also chose it because the price was reasonable and I was pleased with the value for money. Other hotels with similarl ammenities cost twice as much, merely because...

The breakfast is pretty good and is included in the price. This makes a great difference with other Accor Hotels (e.g. Novotel).
The rooms are a little noisy, not due to the outside (good sound isolation) but from he interior (rooom above or people in the corridor)
Strange and complex alarm system
