Charlotte was very helpful in confirming my wheelchair requirements for their ground floor bathroom.In order to get into our room they used an old door as a ramp which worked out great. Breakfast every day was excellent.Neighborhood was quiet and proximity to major attractions was within walking distance with a tram stop only 3 minutes away. Thanks Charlotte.
