Clogged sink, breakfast buffet with small selection, broken light bulb, 2 sets of towels for 3 persons. This is NOT a professional hotel and we're just disappointed. There are many things to improve. One star for free w-lan access.

Great neighbourhood. Girls on reception were very accommodating. Relaxed about us having a late check out too. It's not 5 star by any stretch, but all in all I'd go back. The Leidesplein is a 5 minute walk, and central Amsterdam 15 minutes further by foot.
