The room was dirty, the plug sockets were non existent. Electric shock would be enevatable. Bare wires from the television to an open, metal, bare socket!! Curtains were held up to the rails via bent paper clips. Breakfast was terrible so went out to eat and staff were extremely unhelpful. It's was atrocious.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent only 2 mins from central station. The breakfast was good and fresh. It was very good value and i would definitely stay there again .

I was dissappointed of a small size of the room and poor cleaning standard, lack of window to outside. Room was un-fresh, there were stains on the wall and I had to ask for clean sheets. The value for the money was very poor.

Pro's: location was fantastic, we had a key and were able to come & go as we please 24hrs, price for location. Con's: Room was dirty, we booked double room, but had 2 beds pushed together, view was a brick wall, stairs were extremley steep (not what you need when your under the influence) can hear people through the walls....
