Enkhuizen is a great Dutch town and well worth a visit We were very pleased with the hotel although it is 5 to 10 mins outside town (walking) very clean and excellent chef / restaurant Luxe bedrooms were of very good size and nice bathrooms (Jacuzzi) - good bedlinen etc Would certainly return more
Family run hotel with easy acces for motorists. The picturesque town of Enkhuizen has better restaurants than hotels. De Koepoort is considered the best hotel in town. The owner comes from a restaurant background, but we were in no position to sample the kitchen, other than for breakfast. That proved to be a disaster. The waitress had forgotten to switch... more
We stayed 2 nights on our cycling holiday around north holland. A great place to stay. We had a family room for us and the 2 girls, being 2 double beds side by side. The room was clean with a huge bathroom, jacuzzi! Ample breakfast and the staff more than helpful with our daughters dietary requirements. This town is lovely... more
