Luckily we only stayed 2 nights here. What an awful room! It desperately needs fixing up. Breakfast is VERY boring and basic...not even a toaster! And that staircase is a real danger zone...The only thing good about it was the perfect location in the center. more

We stayed at Hotel Carillon for two days and that was plenty. The rooms were worn and moldy. The steps were very steep. But the staff and breakfast were ok. After 6 Trips to eight countries in Europe, I would say this was the worst Hotel we have had in Europe. more
